You can eat these foods in Military Diet Shopping List Below. There are three days, and you should follow this plan to keep it work. But one thing you must remember, you can’t eat as much as you want. You still need to follow the 3 day military diet plan. Maybe you will be confuse, cause many of the below foods don’t seem like your common diet food. Don’t worry, you’ll be alright after first time finishing this plan. And one more thing, drink enough water plays an integral part of Military Diet. Okay here it is:

  • Broccoli
  • Banana and small apple
  • Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
  • Grapefruit
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Peanut Butter
  • 3 Ounces Any type of meat
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Saltine Crackers
  • Hot Dog
  • Carrots
  • Green Beans
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Slice of Toast
